This includes:

  • dust bag
  • box
  • Receipt
  • authenticity card

Please also make sure that your product is clean and that you remove all your belongings from the bags - in the best case scenario, you will soon be able to afford a new designer piece with your winnings.

Authenticity:

By handing over his goods, the consignor assures that the items given on consignment are not counterfeits. The consignor is therefore liable for his goods. If there are doubts about the authenticity, further investigations will be carried out, such as checking the item at an official point of sale. As a result of the additional effort, an expense allowance of up to CHF 500 may be charged.

Commission time:

The commission period is 3 months, calculated from the "date of acceptance". With the possibility of a one-month extension at a reduced price.

Commission end:

After the 3 months have passed, the items will wait to be picked up by the consignor. Collection is only possible by prior appointment. Collection must take place within 7 days.

Early pick-up:

The commission period is set at 3 months. If the consignor wants the consignment goods back earlier, Sparkle Concept & Secondhand Store will charge an expense allowance of 20% of the sales price for each consignment product reclaimed.

Payout:

Payouts will be transferred to the specified account at the end of the commission. Payouts will only be made via e-banking and will not be paid out in cash, with the exception of a deposit for an item from Sparkle Concept & Secondhand Store.

Sparkle, owner Michèle Burkard assumes no liability for the articles given on commission.
