Terms and Conditions:

General:
Our terms and conditions apply to all services provided, orders and deliveries.
Prices:
The prices in the online shop are shown in CHF and include VAT.
Minimum order value:
There is no minimum order value at Sparkle.
Payment:
Payment in the online shop is made via
- Paypal
- Twint
- credit card
Shipment:
Shipping usually takes place within 5 working days after receipt of payment. Your goods will be sent by Swiss Post. For deliveries abroad, the postage depends on the country.
Shipping costs:
The shipping costs for deliveries in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are CHF 10.-.
For deliveries abroad please contact us.
Delivery area:
Sparkle delivers worldwide. Please contact us if your delivery location is outside Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Cancellation of the order:
It is not possible to cancel the order. An order is always considered binding.
A cancellation from the business side is always communicated and the perfect solution is sought with the customer. The money will only be refunded in the same way that the item was paid for.
Return:
There is no right of return for any second-hand items offered in the store or online shop.
Complaints:
If you have any complaints about incomplete deliveries, uncommunicated defects or non-original goods, these must be reported in writing within 3 working days of receipt.
Right of withdrawal:
Ordered items can only be returned for a refund of the purchase price in the event of damage that has not been communicated. You exercise your right of withdrawal with a written declaration within 2 days of receiving the item. The purchase price will be refunded to your original means of payment once the item is returned to us. The goods must be returned to us within 72 hours of the day on which you exercised your right of withdrawal.
Consequences of the right of withdrawal:
If you cancel this contract, we will only have to refund you the amount you paid. Consequential costs or shipping costs do not have to be refunded. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Retention of title:
The goods remain the property of the consignor or Sparkle until payment has been received.
Commission time:
An item remains on consignment for 3 months. An extension can be agreed upon. After the consignment period has expired, the item must be picked up within 7 days.
Authenticity:
By handing over his goods, the consignor assures that the items given on consignment are not counterfeits. The consignor is therefore liable for his goods. If there are doubts about the authenticity, further investigations will be carried out, such as checking the item at an official point of sale. As a result of the additional effort, an expense allowance of up to CHF 500 may be charged.
Liability:
Sparkle assumes no liability for items placed on consignment.
Data protection:
All data necessary for processing will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
By signing the contract, the seller declares his agreement to the general terms and conditions.
