If you no longer wear your item, if it was a purchase you regret, or if you simply want to bring new colors into your wardrobe, you have come to the right place. It is our mission to find a new owner for your luxury goods who will love them just as much as you did. At the same time, it is important to us to keep your effort as low and your profit as high as possible.

✦ We exclusively sell high-quality designer pieces. Due to space constraints, not all items can be accepted. If you are unsure about a product, please feel free to contact us.
✦ Non-original and soiled products will not be sold and will be returned immediately.
✦ We only accept original brand items. Counterfeit goods will be reported to the authorities. The consignor of the goods is liable for all civil claims that may arise from the sale of counterfeit items. In addition, the consignor owes the agreed commission price as compensation.
✦ For hygiene reasons, we can only sell swimwear and underwear if they are unworn, with the hygiene seal and price tags intact.
✦ Clothes and shoes must be in flawless, clean, ironed, and good condition. We cannot sell old and/or damaged pieces; these will be returned.
✦ It is not permitted to sell the item elsewhere during these 3-4 months – otherwise, see the section on early collection.

Please also ensure that your product is in a cleaned condition and that you remove your belongings from the pockets.
By submitting their goods, the consignor warrants that the items provided on consignment are not counterfeits. The consignor is accordingly liable for their goods. In the event of any doubt regarding authenticity, further measures will be taken, such as having the item verified at an official point of sale. In cases of counterfeits, legal action will be taken, and Sparkle will charge the agreed commission fee as compensation for expenses.
The commission period is 3 months, calculated from the "date of acceptance," with the possibility of a one-month extension at a reduced price.
After the 3 months have expired, we will contact you. Pick-up must take place within 21 days; otherwise, the consigned items will become the property of Sparkle.
The consignment period is set at 3 months. In the event that the consignor wishes to have the consigned goods back sooner, Sparkle Concept & Secondhand Store will charge a processing fee of 20% of the sales price per reclaimed consignment product.
Payouts will be transferred to the specified account at the end of the consignment. Payouts are made exclusively via e-banking and are not paid out in cash, with the exception of a deposit for an item from Sparkle Concept & Secondhand Store.
Sparkle, owned by Michèle Burkard, assumes no liability for items given on consignment. However, we make every effort to ensure that items are returned in the same condition.

All data necessary for processing will be treated confidentially and not disclosed to third parties.
