Rhinos are very close to my heart, as the founder of Sparkle, Michèle Burkard. I lived in South Africa for two years myself and worked with rhinos there. That time, the closeness to the animals, and the experiences I had on-site left a lasting impression on me—and they stay with me to this day.

That is why Sparkle supports the Care for Wild Rhino Sanctuary in South Africa. The organization is deeply committed to the protection, rescue, and rehabilitation of rhinos, giving orphaned and injured animals, in particular, a new future.
